Refunds & Returns Policy

Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.

Sale items are eligible for e-Boutique credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty. Credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty.

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, hijabs, square scarves, balaclavas, beanies, and neck scarves are not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear is not eligible for refunds. However, exchanges for the same item in a different size are allowed. This does not apply to swim accessories such as headbands, hijabs, or sarongs.

A return form is included in your parcel. Please complete and include it with your return. If the form is missing, email contact@themodestboutique.com. Keep your tracking number to monitor your return.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (FREE on orders over $200)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Standard International: 9–21 business days (Australia Post)
  • Express International: 4–6 business days (DHL Express)

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Yes. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel’s progress.

Single Domain License or Regular License allows you to use the purchased theme on a single domain (website) only. All our themes come with Single Domain License. if you would like to use theme license on multiple websites, you need to purchase the license for each website

Some items and collections are limited. Restocks depend on availability, so we recommend signing up for our newsletter for updates.

Product Care & Washing Instructions

To maintain the quality of your products, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Hand wash only with lukewarm water
  • Do not use a washing machine
  • Avoid contact with sunscreen, tanning lotion, or cosmetics
  • Do not dry clean or iron
  • Do not store wet — hang to dry without wringing
  • Keep separate from other items when drying
Please note that water park slides and friction may cause pilling, burns, or holes. Damage from such use may occur and is not considered a fault.
