Shipping and Delivery

Pre-Orders

All pre-ordered items will be processed and shipped as soon as they become available. You will receive an email update once your item has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times for pre-orders can be found in the item’s description.

Delivery Times

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $200

Shipping rates and additional information can be viewed at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM AEST will typically be shipped within 48 hours.

Please note: Online orders are not processed on weekends or NSW public holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control. Estimated times do not include processing times.

Shipping Internationally

  • Standard International:Australia Post (9–21 business days)
  • Express International: DHL Express (4–6 business days)

Track Your Parcel

After placing an order:
  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the courier, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  3. Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

If you are not home during delivery, the carrier will decide whether it is safe to leave the package. If not, a parcel card will be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office.

The Modest Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.

Taxes & Duties

  • Australian Orders: No duties or taxes apply.
  • International Orders: Duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival by your local customs office. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.

If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, the courier may discard your package. The Modest Boutique cannot issue a refund or replacement in such cases.

If a refused or missed package is returned to our warehouse (which may take several weeks), we can only refund the value of the items, minus return shipping and restocking fees. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
