Returns & Exchanges

Please read the following information carefully before submitting a return or exchange request. All items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags intact.

Full Priced Items

Items purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for:

  • A refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange
  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and have all tags intact

Sale Items

Items that are marked down or purchased during a promotional sale (including the use of discount codes) are eligible for:

  • e-Boutique credit or exchange only
  • No refunds unless the item is deemed faulty
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • e-Boutique credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and have all tags intact

Final Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy.

  • Exceptions apply only if the item is deemed faulty
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and have all tags intact

  • Hijabs
  • Square scarves
  • Balaclavas
  • Beanies
  • Neck scarves

Accessories

Due to hygiene reasons, the following accessories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear itemsare not eligible for refunds.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
  • This policy does not apply to swim accessories such as headbands, hijabs, sarongs, or similar items.

Return Process

  • A return form is included in your parcel bag.
  • Please keep your tracking number to monitor your return shipment.
